New York Helicopter

I want to take a helicopter tour of the grand canyon whilst visiting Las Vegas in three week 15sep is it better to book in advance or will there be better deals when in las vegas

any suggestions on how we can obtain discount tickets? Are there stalls there on the strip we can get discount tickets from? We want to take the helicopter ride for the Grand Canyon any info on that? Any other suggestions would be appreciated… Thanks!

Will not do in Las Vegas:

Gamble, Nightclubs, Helicopter/Bus Tours, Fine Dining, Expensive Shows.

*I don’t need anything fancy (I don’t need champagne or lunch, or even to land IN the Grand Canyon, and if it makes it cheaper, I don’t need limo transfers, as we will have a hire car)
*I’m on a budget
*I just want to see the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas from the air
(possibly at sunset, but not picky)

I’ve checked out Papillon and Sundance.
Too expensive, and have all this extra stuff I don’t really need.

Can anyone recommend a smaller company, that does a basic flight?
But that are still professional and reliable.

We’re a family of 4 (Mum, Dad, 2 teenage boys) who are looking to do Vegas in December. We’ll be celebrating a birthday whilst where there and need to know the best of the best. Restaurants, activities, shopping, hotels, casinos, tours, helicopter rides. EVERYTHING! Please share anything and everything. Thanks.

I would prefer not taking a helicopter, because of their safety, but if you have done other tours that you can highly recommend, I would love to hear about it. Thanks!!

I wonder if anyone has ever done a wedding in a helicopter in Las Vegas, either over the Strip or the Grand Canyon. Was is worth for this special day? [we are planning a small wedding for just two of us and two witnesses]

I’m going to Las Vegas for the first time in June 2008.

We will have one full day available for a trip to the Grand Canyon, but my husband won’t fly in a helicopter so I’m looking at bus trip options.

Can anyone please recommend a company that you’ve had good experience with? I’d like to wake up early, do the bus trip, and be back that night. Thanks!

I will be taking a trip to Vegas in March, and want to take either a helicopter or airplane flight tour over the Grand Canyon, and was wondering what companies to trust, which to avoid, and what part of the canyon would be best for sightseeing(west or south rims)???
