New York Helicopter

Im going in 7 weeks, i want to know if i can just pay the money to go on one when i get to the heliport, or do i have to mess about booking and stuff like that! desperate to go on one whilst im there!!!

has anyone done this or can you recommend a good helicopter tour company?

im taking my girlfriend to new york next week for her birthday. we have booked hotels, flights and all things like that.

Weve also booked empire state building tickets and top of the rock tickets. but i want to do something else nice.

i was thinking about a helicopter.where can i go in new york to book a helicopter tour and how much would it cost?

also where can i book tickets for a broadway show like the lion king?

oh and last thing, where in new york can you go at nighttime and watch the sunset over manhattan?

i went to New York in 2006 but apart from going on tour buses and seeing the general sites, shopping my poor little heart out, watching many musicals on broad way and the odd helicopter flight around the statue of liberty i found nothing else to do there.. and within 3 days i got bored.

now my mum wants to have another trip to new york but i don’t want to do the exact same things .. because its boring.

what exciting things are there to do in New York for a second time visitor???

Were coming to New York in October and was wondering
1 - if there is a limosine service which would pick us up from the airpork, show us a round, pick up a burger and drop us of at hotel
and
2 - how much would it cost??

and whats the best company to do helicopter tours around the statue of liberty?

I am going back soon and don’t have a clue as to where to go. I’ve done a helicopter ride before but didn’t really get the best shots from way up there. Any suggestions?

I’m looking for something a little off the beaten path and unexpected that I want to try with my friends this weekend. Something like go to a shooting range in the city, take a helicopter ride etc. Something that will be fun, exciting and memorable for a group of people.

I am debating whether standing in line for hours to see the statue of liberty and empire state building is really worth it when we can just take a 15 min. helicopter ride around the City…we only have 5 days.

is there a restaurant tht offers helicopter landingin nyc?? n doesn any one no of good helicopter company tht offers that. But is based in new jersey but is is close to new york like in hoboken?
