New York Helicopter

For example if we made stable a good helicopter on some height up to 12 to 13 hrs, after 12-13 hrs. passed why we shouldn’t land it exactly opposite side of the earth ? as earth rotate… if you say its due to Gravity, but in this situation Helicopter is working against gravity that’s why its flying…. As well as if there is raining continuously in New York then exactly after 12-13 hrs. why the opposite side of the earth is not raining or at-least weather is cloudy?
